***** SHIPPING ANALYST | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!***** Job Type: Shipping Analyst Location: Linden, NJ An international organization is seeking a shipping analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for handling all international customers’ orders, overseeing all shipments from start to finish and ensure accurate delivery. The ideal candidate will have shipping and order entry experience within the oil and gas industry within SAP. What you’ll do: + Receive, process and follow-up customers’ orders + Manage customers and suppliers claims and pass them to the Regional COS Manager if required + Perform workflow for deliveries procedure (in case of delivery management role in SAP) including the Delivery Acknowledgment + Contribute to building and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction + Serve as the primary liaison between customers and delivery agents across the network + Process customers invoices in the concerned zone in line with the defined KPIs (Lubricants and services) + Control and/or process suppliers’ invoices in the zone (comment: in case of delivery management role, not allowed to process supplier invoices for SOD) – depending on countries + Assist in the creation and update of the customers data in Customer Form if requested by the RCOSM or RCOSM Deputy + Can create articles if requested + Responsible for issuing/ sending the Customers statement of accounts What you’ll bring: + 3+ years of inventory experience + 2+ years in supply chain + Exposure to SAP + Strong customer service skills What you’ll get: + Hybrid - work from home flexibility + Exposure to a leading organization + Flexible compensation + Great benefits package Interviews are happening this week!
