Hi Ryan – I incorporated both JDs along with our role and leveling guidelines for logistics coordinators at Amazon and came up with the following:\n\nShipper Support Case Specialist (L3)\n \nLocation: AZA1 Building, Tempe\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM\nPosition Type: Contract to Hire\n \nJob Overview:\nJoin Amazon's Shipper Support Case Team to provide critical support to vendors and sellers utilizing Amazon's Inbound Transportation Services. In this role, you'll resolve operational challenges, ensure service quality, and maintain excellent relationships with Amazon's extensive shipper network.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess and resolve shipper support cases through our proprietary communication platform\nResearch and resolve missed pickup issues and other transportation disruptions\nMaintain case resolution goal rate\nConduct proactive outreach calls when necessary\nDocument case resolutions and maintain accurate records for continual improvements\nCollaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure successful freight pickup and delivery\nApply critical thinking skills to solve complex logistics challenges

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
