**Job Title: Cross-Border Shipper/Receiving Coordinator**
**Location: Aldergrove, BC**
**Pay Rate: $25-30/hr**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic warehouse team in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of parts and equipment, from small hydraulic components to full-size steel pipes, supporting production, service, and customers across North America. A significant portion of your role will involve managing outbound shipments to the U.S., requiring knowledge of cross-border shipping procedures for heavy equipment and parts. This role is vital in ensuring that production stays on track and customers remain supplied, even during periods of high volume.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and send products across North America with a focus on U.S. shipments.
+ Pick, pack, and secure items for transport, including small parts and large, awkward, or heavy equipment.
+ Build and secure skids/crates for oversized shipments, ensuring proper load-securement techniques.
+ Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and HS/HTS codes for U.S. shipments, including USMCA/CUSMA origin data when applicable.
+ Coordinate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant export processes.
+ Manage multiple inbound deliveries, sometimes involving several trucks at once.
+ Unload shipments, inspect for damage, verify counts against purchase orders, and enter products into the database/ERP.
+ Label and store items appropriately, from small components to large steel pieces.
+ Pick orders from warehouse shelves or yard locations using work orders.
+ Work closely with the parts/service desk and production to ensure timely fulfillment.
+ Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move products in the shop/yard.
+ Sequence dock activity to avoid congestion during peak inbound/outbound times.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2–5+ years of warehouse experience.
+ 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
+ Forklift certification/experience.
+ Proficiency in data entry and ERP/WMS systems.
+ Experience with U.S. shipping documentation for heavy equipment or industrial parts.
+ Understanding of HS/HTS codes, country of origin requirements, and Incoterms.
+ Knowledge of customs bonds, cross-border brokerage processes, and over-dimensional shipping.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Work Environment**
Work in a heavy industrial manufacturing shop with over 50 employees in a clean, bright, and spacious facility. Collaborate closely with parts/service desk and production/assembly teams. The environment requires the use of steel toe boots, long pants, and PPE. Enjoy a culture where fit is as important as skills, and where long-term career aspirations are encouraged. Shift work is Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Langley, BC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
