Summary: Seeking Shipper/Receiver with expertise in shipping operations, order management, and compliance for a 6-month position.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years' experience in receiving and shipping large crated capital equipment machines
Excellent knowledge of shipping/receiving operations, processes, and procedures
Familiarity with Agile, RMA database, FRR spreadsheets, UPS and Federal Express programs
Experience with SAP and Choice Portal for tracking parts
Responsibilities:
Assemble and ship outgoing material under limited supervision
Receive purchased material from suppliers and route to appropriate locations
Provide expert assistance in packing and shipping service parts
Generate outbound orders and monitor backlog for timely fulfillment
Pick, pack, and ship urgent requests promptly
Monitor urgent part deliveries and escalate requests as needed
Track parts using SAP and Choice Portal; handle escalation calls
Ensure adherence to safety and shipping regulations
Maintain organization while managing multiple tasks
Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
