About the Role

As an Aviation Shipper & Receiver, you’re the final checkpoint before our products reach customers. You’ll ensure parts are packaged correctly, documentation is accurate, and shipments meet both customer and aviation industry standards. If you enjoy hands‑on work, organizing details, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll DoCarefully pack and ship merchandise following company and aviation industry proceduresEnsure all parts are preserved and protected to prevent damageReview customer requirements and ATA SPEC 300 packaging guidelinesCreate accurate shipping documentation, including air waybillsSchedule carrier pickups and manage shipment timelinesEnsure all required documents accompany each shipmentUpload images and documents related to each sales order into our systemCommunicate with the Pre‑Ship team to solve issues quicklyAssist with special projects as neededWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience with domestic and international shipping regulationsFamiliarity with carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHLComfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyBonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have!)HazMat certificationExperience with FedEx/UPS shipping programsExposure to aviation, logistics, or warehouse operationsWhy You’ll Love Working With UsStable weekday schedule—no weekendsComfortable, air‑conditioned workspaceSupportive team environment with opportunities to learn and growA role where your attention to detail directly supports aviation safety and customer satisfactionJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
