Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Shipper and Receiver to join our team. This role involves managing the logistics of receiving and shipping produce while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Efficiently cut fruits and vegetables according to safety and quality standards.Receive, verify, and store incoming produce.Sort and pack finished products on pallets for customer orders.Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

Proficient in forklift operation.Experience in inventory management.Strong skills in shipping and receiving processes.Ability to pick and pack efficiently.General labor skills in warehouse/food production.

Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, often in a cooler/refrigerator environment. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, work in cold conditions, and lift heavy items.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
