Job Title: Shipper and Receiver

Job Description

As a Shipper and Receiver, you will be responsible for efficiently processing merchandise through various tasks requiring product knowledge, independent decision making, and the ability to learn new processes. You will utilize tools and operate equipment while achieving production standards across specific departments. Flexibility to work in different departments based on product flow is essential.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise through purchase orders, invoices, worksheets, and inventory management tasks.Physically move products in areas such as Manufl, vault, and eComm cage.Utilize computers for processing transfers, RF Guns, and carousels for put-away and picking tasks.Complete multiple tasks related to merchandise processing, including maintaining inventory levels and handling initial customer contact.Follow up on customer warranty repairs and collaborate with QC and Business Operations Manager for hotline calls.Maintain individual productivity standards and ensure product quality, packaging, and transfer movement.Execute accurate semi-annual inventory reconciliations and process new merchandise for secure storage.Report and track productivity on a daily basis.

Essential Skills

Experience in shipping and receiving merchandise.Proficiency with RF Guns and carousels.Strong computer skills, including Excel.Ability to learn new systems quickly.Good math, computer, and data entry skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain work quality.Effective written and oral communication skills.

Work Environment

Work in an air-conditioned warehouse with a small team where you'll be introduced to everyone on your first day. The plant is metal-free, so avoid wearing clothing with metals. Steel Toe shoes must be removed before passing through the metal detector. Be prepared for light noise from the production line and dust on the production floor. Shift hours are Monday-Thursday from 7am-4pm or 7:30am-4:30pm, and Friday from 7am-2pm, with two breaks and lunch provided. Overtime may be required during December holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
