**Job Title: Shipper and Receiver** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled shipper and receiver with experience in operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts and end rider power pallets. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and involves maintaining and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and participating in loading and unloading trucks. **Responsibilities** + Receive orders and maintain organized inventory. + Pick and pack orders as required. + Participate in loading and unloading trucks. + Prepare pertinent documentation for the shipment of goods. + Receive all incoming shipments and authorize correctness of the product received. + Initiate claims for damaged goods, shortages/overages, or incorrect product received. **Essential Skills** + 1 year sit-down counterbalance forklift experience. + 1 year power pallet experience. + Shipping and receiving experience. + Order picking experience. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable working in a cooler environment (~4C). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in produce is an asset but not necessary. + Experience with different racking systems. + Experience with refrigerated reefer trucks is a plus. + RF Scanner picks experience is beneficial. + Certification on forklift (FL) is not required as in-house certification is available. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a strong culture and low turnover, where many employees have been with us for 10-20 years. Choose between two shifts: Tuesday to Saturday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, or Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 7 pm.
