About the Role

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of line operators and fillers. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe production process that consistently meets quality targets.

In This Role, Your Day Will Include:

Managing daily planning and task allocation for the production teamAchieving safety, quality, and productivity goalsCoaching, motivating, and developing team members through clear feedback and recognitionLeading daily huddles and monthly performance meetingsCollaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operational flowOpening or closing the site depending on shift schedule operating in a rotating two-shift system morning/ evening

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production environment, preferably experience as teamlead or simularMBO  education or equivalent proven experienceFluent in Dutch and EnglishComfortable working with MS OfficeEducation and training program: If you don’t have it yet, we will offer you the to obtain certifications such as Forklift, VCA, and First Aid (BHV)

Over de functie

Als Manufacturing Supervisor geef je leiding aan een team van operators en fillers. Jij zorgt voor een soepel, veilig en efficiënt productieproces dat voldoet aan alle kwaliteitsdoelstellingen.

Je werkt volledig on-site in een wisselende tweeploegendienst (ochtend/avond).
