About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will report to the Plant Manager and take full ownership of shift-level performance across six key pillars: Safety, Quality, Production OEE, Material Yield, Gross Margin, and Member Engagement. You’ll lead from the front—working directly on the manufacturing floor, coaching team members, and driving results. Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Production Duties: + Operate and troubleshoot blow/injection molding and downstream equipment. + Lead RedZone performance metrics and technician accountability. + Prioritize staffing and material staging to optimize safety and efficiency. + Identify and escalate maintenance needs via work order systems. Leadership & Supervisory Duties: + Lead by example to create a safe, efficient, and engaged production floor. + Manage staffing, labor planning, and technical task assignments. + Hold team members accountable through real-time coaching and performance management. + Drive participation in continuous improvement, safety programs, and 6S initiatives. + Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance with Food Safety and GMP standards. Data-Driven Execution: + Monitor performance data to improve uptime, reduce scrap, and drive quality. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Human Development teams. + Address and act on shift-level challenges and improvement opportunities in real-time.
