Come and join our Mining team today!Essential Responsibilities:Supervise all aspects of mining and earthworks operations, ensuring compliance with mine plans, shift instructions, and company standardsMaintain high‑quality operational performance while optimizing equipment, labor, and material efficiencyEnforce site safety protocols that meet or exceed corporate, client, and regulatory mining requirementsMonitor production metrics and make real‑time adjustments to meet shift targets and overall mine objectivesReview supplier and subcontractor invoices for accuracy and report discrepanciesHire, coach, and manage hourly mine‑site personnel in coordination with the Project ManagerPrepare and process field change orders or production adjustments with client representatives as neededLead planning meetings with Maintenance and Operations to ensure equipment readiness, fleet availability, and operational continuityQualifications:5–10 years of supervisory experience in mining or heavy earthworks operations, preferably in an active mine environmentProven ability to manage production schedules and adapt to changing ground or weather conditionsStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and implement practical, safe solutionsEffective communicator who can tailor messaging for operators, engineers, clients, and site leadershipCollaborative leader who builds teamwork, accountability, and a positive safety cultureWillingness to travel and remain on-site for the duration of mining projectsWorking Conditions:Site‑based positionAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, extreme cold)Ability to work a non‑traditional mining schedule that may include nights, weekends, and rotational shifts
