Job Purpose
To lead a high‑performing manufacturing operation and make a meaningful impact every day. Shift Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our production operations run safely, efficiently, and to world‑class standards. shift manager will lead a diverse team and create an environment where everyone feels empowered to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities in Operational Leadership
Ensure the highest standards of safety, product quality, and hygiene across all production activities.
Achieve daily production plans and maintain consistent output with strong attention to detail.
Drive improvements in productivity and equipment performance.
Manage the availability and performance of the production workforce and engineering technicians.
Company desired levels of safety/quality/hygiene are complied at all the stages of operations & by all the persons in his department at all times
Plan compliance to be achieved on daily basis
Desired productivity/OEE levels are achieved & improved in regular operations
Availability of manpower for day-to-day operations in his department
Routine engineering & maintenance activities are carried out through engineering technicians
Accounting & minimizing material wastages
Goals for safety/quality/hygiene/productivity/material wastages are set for all the operations & are achieved on regular basis
Initiatives for cost saving are implemented on time & in full
The operating/production cost is achieved & maintained at minimum possible level as desired by the company
Participation & implementation in energy conservation/safety initiatives/quality & hygiene initiatives/innovation roll outs/productivity improvement programs & any other initiatives which are to be implemented
Implementation of accounting system for incoming materials & outgoing finished goods
Additional Requirements
Resources to manage
Production workforce & engineering technicians working in the department
Equipment required for day-to-day operations
Any other company assets present in the department

Compliance to hygiene & GMP requirements
