Overview:

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Shift Manager for Intel’s Pop-Up Store to lead the team, drive customer engagement, and ensure seamless operations!

We’re looking for a seasonal Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Intel Experience Pop-Up Store in NYC. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Intel Promoters, oversee interactive technology demonstrations, and act as the key point of contact for Intel leadership and store management. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on customer engagement, operational excellence, and team motivation.

October 20, 2025 – November 30, 2025Monday–Sunday availability, including holidays as neededPrimarily 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.$42 per hour + monthly incentive bonusMust be available Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday

Job Description:

Manage daily operations of the pop-up storeLead, coach, and motivate Intel Promoters to meet engagement and sales goalsServe as the primary liaison between Intel leadership and store managementMonitor floor activity, customer traffic, and staffing needs to ensure smooth operationsHandle escalations and deliver outstanding customer serviceEnsure accurate and timely completion of all team reporting requirementsCreate a high-energy, interactive environment for customers and employeesManage schedules and breaks to ensure full coverage

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred2+ years of retail or sales management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or eventsProven ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skillsStrong tech interest and ability to learn Intel product features quicklySmartphone and reliable transportation requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
