The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. we are looking full time Shift leader position with around 30 to 35 hrs per week .But in summer Hours may be 40 hrs

Expected to manage Store independently .Ability to make cakes with various DesignsEfficient to resolve an issue in storeAbility to Manage a Team and assign work to Crew MembersManage Ice Cream delivery and manage stock of ice cream tubs including other merchandise
