What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:

As a Shift Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating the safe and efficient end-to-end production of our beloved Philadelphia products.

You'll be instrumental in:

Leading a High-Performing Team: Guide, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10-15 dedicated individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee all shift activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of key performance indicators across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.

Championing Safety & Quality: Cultivate a robust safety-first and quality-driven mindset across your team, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a diverse and collaborative work environment.

Implementing Lean Principles: Apply your understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Proven Leadership: Strong experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally within an FMCG or food manufacturing setting.

Operational Acumen: A natural ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Prowess: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Payroll systems and SAP being a distinct advantage.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: A strong desire to drive continuous improvement, coupled with a "zero-loss" mentality.

Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
