In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.
How you will contribute;
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient end to end operations of Philadelphia manufacture, supporting the delivery of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Engagement metrics in our dynamic FMCG team.
You’re key responsibilities include;
Support delivery of key plant metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability & EngagementOversee total end to end operations and activities on shiftPeople leader of ~10-15 team membersLeader of Safety and Quality CultureLead, support and motivate the core team to deliver excellent efficiency and delivery resultsPromote positive workplace cultureClear communication with both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborating well in a diverse work environmentUnderstanding of lean manufacturing and methodologiesWhat you will bring;

Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferredStrong leadership, communication and decision making skillsAbility to multi task and prioritise in a fast paced environmentStrong computer skills, including MS Office, with exposure to Payroll systems & SAP advantageousAdvanced analytical and problem solving skillsReliable and organised with a proactive approachProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA good attitude and a willingness to learn is a mustAdditional Information;
Base rate of $48.10 per hour after initial training. This rate excludes shift and leading hand allowances and overtime. The position is structured across rotating shifts – Day / Afternoon / Night.Business Unit Summary
