Continental's tire division employs more than 57,000 people worldwide and has 20 production and 16 development sites. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform planned maintenance & troubleshooting on utility & facility equipment + Lead and support a team of utility technicians during assigned shifts. + Conduct shift change briefings and maintain accurate reports and work orders. + Perform hands-on technical work on Utility system and support Energy saving as required. (Electric, Water, Gas, Compressed Air, Steam) + Perform hands-on technical work on Security, Fire protection and prevention systems as required.
