Join the Intel Experience team as a seasonal Shift Lead and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Supporting the Shift Manager, you’ll help drive daily operations, lead a team of Intel Promoters, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the highest standard of service and engagement. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on participation with demos and customer engagement.

Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily floor operationsProvide real-time coaching and feedback to Intel PromotersManage scheduling, breaks, and staff coverage to meet event needsServe as a point of contact for customer or operational escalationsLead by example through direct customer engagement and product demonstrationsSupport event reporting and ensure accurate and timely documentationQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role (e.g., keyholder, team lead, or assistant manager)Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to coach and motivate team membersConfident stepping into a leadership role and making decisions in a fast-paced environmentMust have access to a smartphone and reliable transportationComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs as neededWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
