ResponsibilitiesThis position ensures that production runs efficiently, meets safety and quality standards, and supports production operations while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Key Accountabilities
Basic plastic troubleshootingHandle plastic defectives.Evaluate operators properly by their quality of work.Train employees.Filling out all paperwork related to the role.Properly and safely operated injection molding machines. Qualifications Responsbile, timely, and has good work ethics.Ability to follow instructions, especially over the phone.Basic plastic troubleshooting knowledge.Knowledge of plastic defectives.Good communication skills.Evaluate operators properly by their quality of work.Ability to work with others (including correcting others to improve work quality). Capability to train others.Motivate others to follow set standards (GMP, ISO, and safety) as well as setting an example by following the set standards themselves. Capable of completely filling out all paperwork accurately. Ability to multitaskKnowledge on how to properly and safely operated injection molding machines.Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.High school diploma or equivalent. Prior forklift experience. Prior Pallet jack experience (weigh, electric, and/or hand).Previous supervisory experience.Additional Info
