Role Summary

Responsible for leading shift operations and ensuring the safe, reliable operation of data centre critical infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift technicians

Operate and monitor critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators)

Act as Authorized Person under A4 Chargeman responsibilities

Respond to alarms, incidents, and outages

Carry out switching, isolation, and permit-to-work activities

Coordinate contractors and maintenance works

Maintain shift logs and handover reports

Requirements

Diploma holder and above in engineering field

3 years or more experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment

A4 Electrical Chargeman Certificate (mandatory)

Strong electrical knowledge and leadership skills

Comfortable working rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
