**What you’ll do:**
Manage the department assigned by the Operations Manager throughout the shift.The primary function of this role is to direct the production process to achieve goals within the shift.
+ Report root causes and actions for output that falls short of targets.
+ Ensure compliance with occupational safety rules.
+ Raise awareness among group members to prevent dangerous situations and accidents.
+ Check and report information passed from the previous day or shift.
+ Observe processes and confirm production starts smoothly; if issues arise, prepare an action plan.
+ Control changes in process parameters within responsible departments.
+ Monitor production performance, guide implemented measures, and develop alternative plans.
+ Check and ensure periodic control forms in departments are up to date.
+ Evaluate production results.
+ Coordinate with other departments regarding daily production allocations and numbers.
+ Plan elements and processes during changes in production cycle speed.
+ Ensure correct operation of quality systems according to quality logic and guide employees.
+ Monitor personnel issues closely.
+ Identify and resolve group disturbances by maintaining strong relationships.
+ Follow Kaizen activities and encourage participation.
+ Set departmental targets based on those established by senior management and monitor progress.
**Qualifications:**
+ Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related department at a university
+ 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position
**Skills:**
+ Familiar with SAP systems
+ Strong analysis and reporting skills
+ Excellent negotiation abilities
+ Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
