Job Overview

Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client Building Mechanical and Electrical system To ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.

Main Duties

To ensure a high quality service Ability to manage workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time To understand and comply with policies and procedures To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required A self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude. To work on shift rotation : 4 on 4 off

What we are looking for

Qualified engineering Background – C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification Proactive and self-motivated Excellent communication skills (written & oral) Good IT skills with understaning of CAFM Challenging and inquisitive mind set
