Shelter Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$37,440.00 to $42,640.00 /annuallySecond Shift (Thursday through Monday from 01:00pm to 10:00pm)

The Shelter Manager oversees the daily operations of Horizon House Emergency Family Shelter, along with providing coaching/case management to participants within multiple programs.

Shelter Manager Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Affairs, Psychology, or related fieldExperience in coaching, counseling, and working with diverse populations
