**Job Description** Join our team as a 1st Shift Quality Inspector, working Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays. In this role, you will be part of the quality department, performing inspections on machined parts for the Aerospace and Defense industry. **Responsibilities** + Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using Micrometers, Calipers, Comparators, and a CMM (if experienced). + Read and interpret defense blueprints and understand GD&T symbols. + Maintain tolerances down to +/.0001 of an inch (1/10,000). + Document inspections on paper, with Excel proficiency as a plus. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a metal shop, preferably in Aerospace and Defense. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T symbols. + Experience with micrometers, calipers, and comparators. + ITAR compliance. **Why Work Here?** Our company is a growing and expanding business with four sites in Minnesota. We operate in the Aerospace industry, contributing to projects like the Rover on Mars and satellites.
