**Job Description**
In this position, you will work collaboratively with a team of 2-5 others on a Roll Forming machine to efficiently package finished materials, such as metal shingles, siding, and gutters. You will be responsible for visually checking each product for manufacturing defects to ensure quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with others in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
+ Make boxes, package, palletize, and move products efficiently.
+ Utilize power tools such as drills, staple guns, and other pneumatic tools.
+ Learn to operate several machines and collaborate with different groups daily.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
+ Mechanically inclined
+ Experience with hand and power tools
+ Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
+ Proficiency in using tape measurers and calculators
+ Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions
+ Bilingual (Spanish and English)

**Work Environment**
The work environment is an industrial manufacturing setting, which can be warm and loud due to running machines. Employees must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a non-temperature-controlled setting, especially during summer when doors are open. Safety training and proper PPE will be provided to manage exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and heat.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
