Your tasks and responsibilities:

The scope of senior logistics officer IF is including source, warranty & inventory management within OPC CHN/ planning support / lifecycle management, the whole China to China business operation support to enable the smooth running. Experienced operation support & solid performance delivery to ensure the well achievement of KPIs. He/She is also responsible for continued process improvements.

1. Handling of sourcing activities from defined suppliers to achieve availability PKIs.2. Customer backlog intime clearing and problem solving support to ensure the same day delivery.  3. Handling of lifecycle management activities (service parts available before new product ramp up/ Last time buy) to ensure the parts availability.4. Planing collaboration with global planning expert team base on global guidelines. 5. Handling of deliver and returns activities for parts originating in China for domestic China customers.6. Inventory adjustment and management.7. Operation consulting and issue clearing support base on needs.

Your qualifications and experience:

Multiple years of working experience is preferred within international supply chain logistics and/or customer service, ideally in medical or high tech supply chain company.Previous ERP experience is a must. Being Familiar with MM/SD and 3PL working model. Strong computer skill towards data analytic and digital reporting.Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or supply chain management/ International trade is preferred.
