Job summary
You will provide operational support and technical leadership for the PAS infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient access management across systems. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS administrators, delivering engineering-level input into operational improvements, and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes, focusing on service improvement.
