This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong collaboration with end users, and experience supporting DoD-aligned systems and standards. Required Skills & Experience SharePoint / Contractor Support + Experience managing and administering SharePoint environments + Experience serving as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) + Experience working directly with users to identify, validate, and prioritize SharePoint requirements and issues + Experience assigning, editing, and maintaining SharePoint user roles and permissions + Experience implementing SharePoint configuration changes to resolve issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and IT best practices + Experience designing, creating, and enhancing SharePoint workflows + Experience migrating, configuring, and developing SharePoint sites to improve functionality + Experience improving performance, stability, and optimization of SharePoint environments + Security+ certification or equivalent Systems Engineering + Experience engineering and supporting multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, or similar) + Experience leveraging automation tools and scripting (Infrastructure as Code) + Experience producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams + Experience designing, testing, securing, and supporting environments compliant with DISA SRG and STIG requirements in disconnected environments + Experience utilizing DevOps methodologies and tools Highly Desired Skills (Nice to Have) SharePoint / Contractor Support + Experience supporting backend SharePoint architecture + SharePoint Administrator certification + Experience as a SharePoint Designer + Experience updating user documentation and libraries + Experience creating user manuals and training materials + Experience serving as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) within the Sponsor’s organization System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
