During your internship, you will: + Participate in a variety of quality activities, with a focus on **product complaints** , **Quality records** (e.g. Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls), and **Quality training content** . + Support and contribute to **key projects across the EMEA region** , collaborating with international stakeholders to maintain and improve global quality standards. + Gain practical insights into how GDP (and partially GMP) guidelines are implemented within a pharmaceutical setting. + Visit and engage with our **Breda Production and Warehousing site** , enhancing your understanding of end-to-end operations. + Be coached and supported by the **QA Manager** and encouraged to participate actively as a valued team member. + Receive guidance on navigating your first corporate experience, including cross-functional collaboration, communication, and proactive thinking. **Deliverables / Outcomes** As an intern, you will: + Deliver improved solutions to enhance **customer experience and compliance** related to product complaint handling. + Simplify and improve **Quality training** related to product complaints, especially in the context of new product introductions or lifecycle management activities. + Support the **quality and compliance** of Quality records as part of Amgen’s global QMS.
