Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks:
The SFP Field Executive is responsible for driving business growth within a designated territory by developing and managing a strong B2B network and executing impactful B2C engagement strategies.
B2B Management
Lead scoping and negotiation processes aligned with the B2B strategy.Ensure optimal availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of SFP products and POS materials.Implement inventory management systems and maintain strong partner relationships.Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize ROI, visibility, and market share.
B2C Engagement
Design and implement consumer engagement activities based on market intelligence and consumer insights.Drive category awareness and quality acquisition of SFP users in the assigned territory.
Touchpoint Management
Oversee daily operations of SFP touchpoints, ensuring compliance with company standards.Manage inventory, staffing, store appearance, and KPI performance.Recommend and support frontliner capability development and performance evaluations.
Territory Management
Activate strategic touchpoints and engage B2B partners to build a community of SFP users.Address territory-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities using data insights.Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to increase brand visibility and drive sustainable growth.
Performance Delivery
Support the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives through OGSM metrics.Monitor and manage budget performance to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Corporate Compliance
Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and local laws.Promote safety and environmental standards and maintain company assets in good condition.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations.

Work Location: Imus Sales Office – should be amenable to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:00 AM
