**Job Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Digital Process Support & Automation
+ Support on designing and maintaining integrated digital processes for business operations, including target allocation, territory alignment, and business reporting
+ Support the implementation of automated workflows to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual tasks
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Data Analytics & Insights Generation
+ Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights and visualizations
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking, forecasting, and business reviews
+ Support the implementation of AI-driven analytics solutions to enhance predictive capabilities
Cross-Functional Project Support
+ Participate in cross-business unit projects focused on improving sales force efficiency
+ Streamline data flows and building unified insight dashboards across departments
+ Support the integration of data from various sources to create a seamless information flow
Tool Implementation & Business Enablement
+ Support the deployment and adoption of smart tools and digital solutions within the sales force
+ Gather business feedback and work with stakeholders to enhance tool functionality and user experience
+ Monitor tool usage and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement
Data-Driven Culture Promotion
+ Assist in embedding data-driven behaviors within the sales organization
+ Help create and maintain a learning platform for SFE culture transformation
+ Promote best practices in data utilization and decision-making processes
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Level of Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
**Working Experience in Relevant Field:**
+ Around 6 years’ experience in digital or consulting experience in pharmaceutical industry relevant areas
+ Know-how in digital & AI; Be familiar with SFE operation and activities; Experience on project management (digital and process improvement) and Consulting & Problem-solving activities must, Transformation and change management preferred.
