Job Description

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an SFE Manager! In this key role, you'll lead and support SFE Initiatives in GSDCSD China, reporting directly to the Commercial Excellence Leader. You'll plan and implement sales enablement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and functional excellence of GSDCSD.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead GSDCSD Data Team for Business Analysis, improving operational efficiency and salesforce effectiveness.Lead the development and delivering of commercial excellence projects to support strategic business development.Develop the sales training strategy, materials, and methods for GSDCSD China by assessing training needs and engaging with leadership and customers.Develop and implement metrics and monitoring plans to evaluate and demonstrate the impact of training on improving sales performance. Conduct learner assessments, synthesize findings/insights, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing expansion and improvement of training content and format.Continuously improve sales training reinforcements and refresher methodologies using feedback, needs analysis, and performance metrics.Support SFE-related needs, and implement and promote SFE work within the Commercial Team. Help the commercial team apply SFE platforms/systems/dashboards in their daily operation, and connect system issues with technical teams for solutions.Conduct ad-hoc analysis upon requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.Experience with all SFE modules and a demonstrated history of providing valuable assistance.Strong analytical capacity and ability to deal with complex and ambiguous problems.Profound understanding of sales training guidelines, analysis, instructional composition, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.Effective leadership in terms of team engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled at working across functions and collaborating with collaborators to identify needs, leverage resources, implement plans, and gain dedication to action. Comfortable working with individuals across cultures and beyond organization including suppliers and vendors to drive business results.Willingness and capability to challenge existing practices and explore new approaches, especially where there is no “ready answer” available.
