**Job Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Create a high performing and competitively superior sales force that delivers results and value-added services to both internal and external customers through improved physician targeting, territory alignment, target allocation, segmentation, daily operation and adherence to best practice.
+ Review and challenge status quo of sales force activities, give advice and insights for optimization.
+ Using predictive models and reinforcement learning algorithms to simulate and prescribe optimal resource allocation.
+ Lead to utilize new technologies AI and data analytics to derive insights that inform strategies and decision-making process and identify potential opportunities.
+ Provides sales and marketing with training and explanations on using analytical tools to obtain insights.
+ Implement the quarterly and yearly sales planning cycle with BU and ensure timely delivery with quality.
+ Monitor sales force design/development and make recommendations to BU Head to improve effectiveness and ROI.
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with BU Heads, sales managers, cross functions to ensure the implementation of company’s SFE strategies and development of a systematic approach to monitor KPI and track performance.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Bachelor degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background.
+ Over 10 years’ experience in sales capability or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related functions is a must.
+ Data Literacy and AI Interpretation skills, having the ability to leverage AI-driven clustering and predictive modeling to create and simulate resource allocation.
+ Willingly embrace changes needed to adapt to new circumstances.
+ Create and communicate a sense of purpose or vision for self, team or unit consistent with Takedaism Behaviors and Corporate Strategies.
+ Strong communication skills to influence the key stakeholders and collaborate with partner departments

+ Fluent in English in both oral and written.
