**Description**
**Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial & Sales Analytics reporting into North America Region Commercial COE supports on critical weekly/monthly/annual sales reporting as well as analytics and insights on retailer/channel level financial performance and key metrics. Prepares and distributes key reporting to region executive leadership team.**
+ Prepare and distribute to North America Leadership Team weekly/monthly/annual sales performance, opportunities/risks by retailer/channel/brand outlining key promotions, programming shifts, and insights on week-to-week results.
+ Support Key Account Management (KAM) team on reporting and analytics for key retailer initiatives and prep for critical meetings with external retail partners.
+ Evaluate retailer profitability initiatives by leveraging door p/l tool, creating monthly/quarterly reporting and dashboards and partner with KAMs and Brand teams providing insights and recommendations for action.
+ Design and implement standardized monthly commercial wholesale reporting and dashboards across brand portfolio, leveraging Power BI to support standardized reporting to executive leadership team.
+ Work with KAMs and Brands to plan, build and evaluate retailer strategies and investment choices to deliver strategic objectives and manage tradeoffs between retail partners to maximize total profitability of the brands.
+ Partner with Corporate Functions (One Source and IT) on retail insights and commercial analytics initiatives to help streamline and standardize reporting within the region.
+ Support door count reporting liaison with sales planning providing updates for monthly/quarterly deliverable requirements to Corporate.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
+ 2⁃3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related function
+ Ability to collaborate and drive cross⁃functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary.
+ Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems, Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus
+ Strong analytical skills required to perform value added FP&A functions.
+ Knowledge of accounting a plus to help with month⁃end closing, and working with the Controller
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
+ Ability to work under pressure of tight deadline and to multitask.
