**Description**
**Financial Planning and Forecasting** ** **
+ Support in the preparation of the annual planning processes including development of Global Brand Annual Budget package presentation, periodic estimates, long range planning, and innovation strategy and supporting financial forecast and analyses.
**Strategic Analysis**
+ Support in the preparation of the P&Ls, Global Brand Monthly Performance Package, Investor Relations, COGS/Gross Margin/OPEX management, etc., to be knowledgeable about the brand and provide a strong foundation for FP&A function.
+ Reconcile monthly estimate submissions in OneStream by the regions. Provide supporting analytics and insights required for estimate review meetings with the brand’s regional business and finance leadership.
**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
+ Generate ad hoc reporting/analytics as necessary for sales growth, resource planning, profitability improvement, and other business decision making purposes in partnership with the Global Brand team, corporate reporting, and the regions.
+ Assistance with special projects/project management
**Collaboration & Business Partnership**
+ Support business teams as needed by providing analysis and insights to support business decisions with development of financial models, tracking of channels, key markets, innovation, category, sub-category against KPIs.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required
+ 3-5 years of experience
+ Experience as a Financial Analyst or similar, a plus but not required in a fast moving consumer products industry.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
+ Learning mindset.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value added FP&A functions.
+ Ability to present detailed financial analysis by using detailed reports and charts
+ Familiar with creating PowerPoint slides to present key findings
+ Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
+ Ability to work independently and in groups.
+ Has experience using the following systems, OneStream, SAP and Hyperion
+ Expertise in MS Excel.
