Join Our Team as a Sewing Machine Operator in Fort Smith, AR!

We're looking for a talented Sewing Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday from 4:45 pm - 3:15 am.

What You'll Do: Get Hands-On: Perform set-up and adjustments on sewing machines, wind bobbins, and replace needles as needed. Material Master: Use your extensive knowledge of sewing materials to ensure top-notch operations. Quality Control: Stay alert for any product imperfections and report them to your supervisor or lead. Safety First: Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and the equipment. Team Player: Take on additional duties as assigned and work closely with your team. What We're Looking For: Experience: Ideally, you have two years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills: You're comfortable using hand tools and have basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills. Detail-Oriented: You have a strong attention to detail and can shift priorities as needed. Teamwork: You work well with others and can effectively communicate with employees and management. Physical Requirements: Active Role: You'll be standing, walking, sitting, and using your hands to handle objects and tools. Flexibility: You'll need to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally lift/move objects up to 25 pounds. Vision: You'll need good vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
