**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery through preventive maintenance, repairs, and performing changeovers. The role involves starting production and verifying its effectiveness, maintaining machines and equipment, and troubleshooting CNC machines and related systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
+ Perform changeovers and repairs of machinery.
+ Start and verify production processes.
+ Maintain and ensure the optimal function of machines and equipment.
+ Troubleshoot CNC machines and related systems.
+ Change and set tools efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting conveyors, bearings, air valves, and pneumatics.
+ Experience with CNC technology, including tooling and setup operations.
+ Ability to perform changeovers and preventive maintenance.
+ Familiarity with lathe and mill operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ CNC experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean and well-lit, although not climate controlled. The schedule varies across shifts: Second shift from 2:55 pm to 11:05 pm, Third shift from 10:55 pm to 7:05 am, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
