Tú colaborarás con las áreas de ingeniería y mejora continua para la solucioón de problemas del área y tomarás el liderazgo en el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas en los operadores de producciónm ayudándonos a avanzar hacia un futuro más eficiente. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Dar soporte técnico de primera línea a todas las operaciones de producción, de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción. + Responsable de la configuración de herramientas según las necesidades de producción. + Soporte al Tecnico de Procesos cuando sea requerido para la ejecuciÓn de PROVE OUTS Y SMED + Capacitar operadores Master I y II y operadores Nivel 4 + Mejoras de de tiempos muertos y cambios de modelo mediante el uso de la herramienta SMED **What We're Looking For** + Carrera técnica en mecánica o afín + Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Programación CNC y procesos de automatización + Conocimiento de instrumentos de medición, tolerancias e interpretación de planos, herramientas de corte, ajustes de concentricidad y acabados superficiales. + Conocimientos generales en rectificado, maquinado CNC y programación CNC. + Resolución estructurada de Problemas **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
