**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Set up, adjust, and operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions, technical documentation, and safety standards. + Prepare machines for production runs, including tooling changes, parameter settings, and basic preventive checks to ensure stable processes. + Monitor process parameters and product quality during production, promptly addressing deviations and cooperating with relevant team members to resolve issues. + Perform basic diagnostics of equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support timely repairs and improvements. + Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure correct setup and product conformity. + Accurately record production data, machine settings, and quality results in line with internal standards and customer requirements. + Actively participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction. + Follow and promote all safety, environmental, and 5S/housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized workplace. + Collaborate closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth shift handovers and achieve production targets. **Who You Are:** You build strong working relationships by listening carefully to others, sharing information openly, and treating everyone with respect.
