OTIS, Bursa lokasyonumuzda servis operasyonlarımıza katılmak üzere Servis Uzmanı olarak görev yapacak ekip arkadaşı arıyor. Doğu ve Güney Marmara Servis Bölge Müdürü'ne raporlayacaktır. Temel görevi, saha eğitimleri ve güvenliği de dahil olmak üzere saha personelinin günlük yönetimini ve eğitimini sağlamaktır. Aynı zamanda operasyonel süreçlerde liderlik etmek ve müşteri memnuniyeti sağlamaktır.

Temel Sorumluluklar:

Asansör ve yürüyen merdivenlerin periyodik bakım programının rotalara göre yapıldığını takip ve kontrol etmek.

Saha ve servis operasyonlarını yürütmek.

Bakım, onarım, arıza konusunda gerektiğinde müşteri ile iletişimi sağlamak ve gerekli yazışmaları yürütmek.

Kalite talimatlarına ve önerilen düzeltici faaliyete göre gereken faaliyetleri başlatmak, kontrol ve koordine etmek.

Nitelikler:

Üniversitelerin ilgili mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun olmak.( Elektrik, Elektrik - Elektronik / Makine Mühendisliği vb.)

En az 3 yıl tercihen asansör sektöründe deneyimli olmak.

Ekip yönetimi yapmış olmak, teknisyen yönetimi konusunda tecrübeli.

Ürünleri ve ekipleri yönetmek için dijital uygulamalarda deneyimli olmak.

Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip, ekip çalışmasına yatkın olmak.

Dinamik ve karmaşık kurumsal bir organizasyonda çalışabilme becerisine sahip olmak.  

İyi derece bilgisayar kullanabilmek, veri analitiği yapabilmek.

Tercihen İngilizce bilen.
