Service desk specialist for remote maintenance of ATMs (L1). Location: Prague

We will appreciate if you already have experience working in a supervision center, help desk or service desk, however we will be happy to pass on all the know-how to you!

Our team takes care of customers from the banking environment and has about 11 colleagues led by team leader Ondra.
Our main task is to ensure smooth and steady operation of ATMs for our customers.
We are here to provide the maximum possible support to customers and our service technicians who are in the field and on customer premises to perform installations, solve malfunctions or other situations.
It is necessary to ensure continuous delivery and constant support of ATMs what is the reason that our team works in 12 hours shifts. But don´t be afraid, we will give you a proper onboarding training. In the first 12 weeks you will have our full support and even after training we are always here to help each other.
As a Service Desk Specialist you will...
• Provide remote maintenance and administration of ATMs
• Be in touch with our customers and solve their requests / incidents - by phone and e-mail
• Act as technical support for our service technicians on customers site, but also for ATM operators or bank branch employees
• Manage the requests using our internal ticketing system
• Identify and resolve outages and malfunctions
• Cooperate with colleagues from SW development and HW service, but you will also participate in security processes
• Inform our customers in case of planned and unplanned outages
Are you a match?
• You are fluent in the Czech language, both spoken and written
• You can communicate in English - at least at B1 level (intermediate)
• You can work on a PC including MS Windows
• You act professionally and pleasant in the same time – you will communicate with the customers on daily basis
• You understand the importance of a pro-customer approach
• You can solve non-standard situations with calm approach
• You can quickly find your way around a new topics and welcome opportunities to learn new things
• You are willing to work shifts (12 hours)
• You are reliable and willing to hold on-call duties
• You can start as soon as possible
