Servicing Ops Specialist

Description

As the Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.

Primary responsibilities include

Performs clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment.Applies various learned methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks.Works independently most of the time, performs basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas.Ensures work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies and SLA(s).Performs basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements and perform routine math calculations.Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Required Skills/Experience:

Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an accountStrong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skillsStrong written/verbal communication skills

Education:

High School Diploma Required 

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm

Role is based out of Riverside, RI and is fully onsite, 5 days/week.
