As a Services Team leader - Warehouse & Logistics Ops, you will lead, coordinate, or oversees warehouse & logistics operations across Singapore.
 

As an Services Team leader - Warehouse & Logistics Ops, you will be responsible for:
 

Ensuring that the internal and 3rd party warehouses operate at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.Developing warehouse operations procedures by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.Knowledge of the disciplines of warehouse management and distributionOverseeing daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.Reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing & enforcing standards & procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.Have 5 years or more experience in warehousing / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory management in oil & gas, oilfield services industry.Have working experience in both Manufacturing and Operations sites/environmentsDemonstrated front-line supervisor, 4+ years of experience managing and supervising personnel and operatorHave Knowledge and experience with the usage of barcoding, radio frequency identification (RFID), Mobile scanners, QR codes, and other WH Digital hardware/software skills ( additional)Have proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies, ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbalHave excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities, ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
