Services Specialist Customer Contract Management

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts ·Provide both service agreement, and time and material program managementAssist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposalsAssure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contractsInteract with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teamsFunction as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts ·Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

                                   

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.At least 4 years of experience as a Services Project Planner.Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities. Ability to influence others.Desirable experience in planning service operations/tasks with internal customers. Emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.Proficient in the English language.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
