As a Customer Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Ensure profitability and maintain high customer satisfaction for assigned service contractsManage both service agreement portfolios and time-and-material (T&M) programsSupport sales efforts by contributing to contract renewals and proposal developmentResolve customer issues promptly while ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, and repair operationsAct as the primary liaison between internal departments and customers, representing assigned contractsWork in coordination with business unit teams to define activities and provide technical guidanceFollow standardized project management processes with flexibility for planning and executionServe dedicated clients under predefined frameworks, with room for customized conditions when appropriateEssential qualifications:
Bachelor degree or related experience in WCS (Wellheads End Casings) activitiesProven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesSolid background in contract management, including oversight, negotiation, and client engagementEnglish (will be a plus)Work in a way that works for you
