Description and Requirements Estamos en búsqueda de un practicante para dar soporte al área de Servicios en la gestión de requerimientos de partes y cotizaciones. El rol ofrece una valiosa oportunidad para aprender sobre procesos, trato con proveedores y gestión administrativa dentro de un entorno dinámico.
Responsabilidades principales:
Recibir el requerimiento del area de ventas/ clientes Validar el FRU o parte requerido Validar si se tiene un proveedor para el requerimiento Cotizar la parte, ya se interna o externa Enviar cotización a Ventas/clientes Llevar un pipeline de las cotizaciones realizadas Seguiento para su cierre
En caso de que el cliente acepte:Generar requisición interna y externa Seguimiento de entrega de las partes Revisión de facturación al cliente
En el caso de partes externas Recibir la factura del proveedor autorizar y mandar a pago las facturas Validar el pago al proveedor Requisitos:Estudiante de carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Logística o afines.Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas de Office.Buena organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación.Proactividad y ganas de aprender.Nivel de inglés intermedio Additional Locations: * Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F. * Mexico * Brazil - Distrito Federal * Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
