**Where is the work:**
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
**What you will do:**
+ Manage the annual and long-term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office. Responsible for achieving annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share for all business streams.
+ Leadership for the following functions: customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, maximizing account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring and on-boarding of new sales associates, continual assessment of skills and administering necessary training, setting quotas, accurate sales forecasting and consistent use of Trane sales tools and systems.
+ Assemble account teams and interact with Account Managers with differing business development requirements, customer focus, experience, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
+ Responsible for sales office compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
+ Support human capital strategies such as employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and diversity and inclusion.
**What you will bring:**
+ 8+ years experience in commercial or industrial sales.
+ Experience and proven track record in guiding and successfully leading a project to successful completion.
+ DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. within 1 Year Required
**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**
$203,490.00 - $264,500.00
