**Services Operations Manager - Mexico** The SOM (Services Operations Manager) plays a key role in ensuring Service Delivery (Post-Sale) to customers in Mexico, acting as the responsible for the service performance and customer’s experience. You fulfill this role together with your team of Service Delivery Managers, Field Service Engineers and business partners in Mexico to deliver the best possible customer experiences while ensuring compliance and profitability. **Your role:** + Develop and lead the service delivery strategy in Mexico to drive customer delight, business profitability and employee engagement with Philips mission. + Coach and guide your team of Service Delivery Managers and Field Service Engineers in delivering on service commitments, ensuring daily operational excellence, driving continuous performance improvements, fostering individual growth and strengthening team performance. + Monitor and safeguard the profitability of the service contracts. + Secure Training Compliance. + Take the lead in managing customer escalations by coordinating with technical colleagues to develop action plans, ensuring clear communication and expectation management both internally and externally. + Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the promise. + Oversee Field Change Order (FCO) performance. **You're the right fit if you have:** Proven 5+ years of experience **leading a large service operation ($25M+) in the medical devices** industry other than also **leading and developing high performance leaders** . Outstanding leadership, collaboration and English-Spanish communication skills. A **problem-solving** and **continuous improvement** mindset.
