Services Business Manager

As a **Services Business Manager** you will drive the strategy and operational execution of the Services business across Businesses within a CEE Market. You will own BMC planning and local execution, be accountable for Services topline and P&L delivery, develop go‑to‑market and portfolio strategies and lead commercial tooling, pricing governance and market launches to drive profitable growth and customer loyalty.
**Your role:**
+ Owns and drives the Services business strategy in the market, including go-to-market execution and contribution to integrated (equipment + services) value propositions
+ Leads Services P&L ownership, including topline growth, pricing strategy, and delivery of financial commitments within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
+ Manages the Services Business Management Cycle (BMC) planning and ensures strong local execution across all business units
+ Develops and executes local go-to-market strategies (segmentation, targeting, positioning, portfolio, pricing, promotion) to drive profitable growth
+ Oversees the end-to-end Services portfolio and pricing governance, ensuring value realization, performance control, and customer loyalty
+ Acts as a key interface between Market and Business, providing market, customer, and competitive insights while coaching and aligning Services, Sales, and Marketing teams
**You’re the right fit if:**
+ You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or similar) and bring **5+ years of relevant experience** in sales strategy, business development, marketing technology, healthcare or MedTech
+ You have **strong commercial and financial acumen** , with hands-on experience in KPI management, budgeting, topline growth, and go‑to‑market strategy execution
+ You are skilled in **strategic planning and market analysis** , including segmentation, targeting, competitor analysis, and translating insights into actionable growth plans
+ You are an experienced **stakeholder and people manager** , comfortable leading change, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement (LEAN Advanced certification strongly preferred)
+ You are **fluent in English and Polish** , open to frequent travel, and hold a valid driving license
