Arrange and prepare test panel / STS need send back to SW test.

Making system sheet to serve sample development department and production for customer.

Check and feedback all samples list as high manager team needed.

Assist and follow up some job same as company sales admin like uniform, shoes, health check, children's day gift etc. 

And assist some urgent information like buyer information and customer‘s production produce date etc.

Monthly report of finished sign system sheet and samples.

Check and push/ assist customer for system training case.

Make working and overtime file of technicians.

Update sample workload information monthly.

Assist Manager for some report of customer such as: color panels photos, some specific buyer information or colors/ photos.

Update project process file follow customer’s request.

Receive and transfer information to make panels to resolve claim from customer QA Team's test compliances case.

Follow up and send sample test reports to customer- QA team weekly.

Follow up and finish some tasks required by customer related to panels and system sheet.

Fill customer’s request information file from buyers.

Update signed system sheet into customer system and scan a copy in SW site.

Coordinating with safety department to inform safety training courses to technicians and deliver PPF to them.

Receiving customer request, reporting competitor status.

Implementing company regulation, safety regulation, etc.

Unite to help employees in the same department perform common tasks.
